If you are interested in joining the team, please make sure to fill out your PSAL Student Forms For Participation before tryouts. 

Forms must be handed in person to the coach. Please review the PSAL Health Guidelines before trying out.

All completed forms must be submitted before participating in PSAL Sports Activities
