NYC Student Scholarships

New Visions for Public Schools

This scholarship guide focuses on scholarships available to students who live in New York City. Unfortunately due to budget cuts New Visions will not be printing books this year so you will have to download the booklet from their website which is listed below.

In this guide you will find scholarships that are awarded based on academic
achievement; learning and physical disabilities; non-citizen and international status; gay and transgender concerns; and interests in community
service, journalism, performance, the arts, science, writing, and much more.

Many of the scholarships in this booklet will require you to contact the scholarship program directly for further information and application materials.
Where appropriate, you will need to write, e-mail, or call the scholarship
program directly in order to receive more information.
