Congratulations Class of 2007! Graduation is finally hear. For those of you who are heading on to college - whether you are graduating now or at the end of the summer, The College Office has to send your FINAL TRANSCRIPT to the colleges you will be attending.
This will happen automatically. You DO NOT need to give us any specific forms other than those we required of you to sign your graduation checklist.
WHAT WE DO NEED ... if you have ANY problems with your FINALY GRADES and know that there will be a change on your transcript - you MUST notifiy the COLLEGE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY!
We will be sending Final Transcript this Thursday June 28th and Friday June 29th and don't want to send anything out that is incorrect. It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes and to follow through with teachers responsible for making those changes. You must also let us know when the change has been made so that we can send the corrected transcript to your college.
For those of you who are taking summer school classes, we will let your colleges know that a final transcript will be mailed when we return to workat the end of the summer.

NOTES TO SENIORS:
Please make sure the College Office receives the two forms (1. My College Admissions Process, 2. Consortium Letter) that were handed out in advisory a couple weeks ago. If you need an extra copy, come to the College Office. Remember you will NOT be able to pick up your graduation tickets (or diploma if not attending graduation) until we have these forms.
UPDATE YOUR COLLEGE RESULTS ON NAVIANCE – With your admissions decisions for each school, as well as where you intend to enroll. We are going to use this information to send your final transcripts.
FINAL TRANSCRIPTS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE SENT TO COLLEGES - IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO HAND IN ANY FORMS OR ENVELOPES.
NOTES TO JUNIORS:
JUNIOR FINANCIAL AID NIGHT - TUESDAY, JUNE 12th - 6-7:30pm in The Beacon School Cafeteria.
ESSAY WORKSHOP: There is still space available in the Essay Workshop for Tuesday - June 12th during H Band. Please come to the College Office to sign up. You do NOT need to have a draft of an essay... and you can bring your lunch. The workshop will take place in B-17.
