Columbus Circle station. Located here is a statue of Christopher Colubus, hence the name Columbus Cirle. Over the years Columbus Circle has gone through so many constructional changes that if a visitor from the early 1900s where to see it today, he wouldnt recognize it. Just as well as many of the other stations, there are still some original fixtures that can be found. In this case some of the tiling in the 59th street station remains.
