Been a little busy laltey, havent gotten the time to blog. Generally when i have a free 5 minutes i fall asleep. Doing everything i love though, so ITS ALL GOOD. Ultimate, wooohooo, Ultimate. practice games etc... but last night the girls played columbia University. the game was hot. really genuinley hot. In a football stadium, under the lights, mmmmm.... gotta go to college. anyway the game way 13-0 them, but we got a chance to see what ultimate is really all about. heres the email i sent to them...
Hey Ya'll!!!
Just some thoughts...
The game yesterday was sick.
Besides the hottness or the field, the staium, the lights, and playing Columbia...
We looked really good. I was proud, and really happy to see our man start piecing together, and our zone just looking pretty. Naturally, we saw everything we have to work on... and woooohooo we have 4 more practices to do so...(AMHERST.) I just read all the rules of amherst, and I am so excited to go up this year with a team that I have been with to see grow. I have no doubt that we are going to have an amazing time. I'm hoping for 2 unbelievable days of ultimate, and spirit and I know that its hard when we are all together to not have fun. So ultimatley, (im a dork), cant wait for ultimate, amherst, great job yesterday.. way to get really hyped... and lets keep the spirit rolling on through the season. wOOt Woot!!!!!!!!!!!

Grunge! You're all about the music and would even
turn your back on fame just to stay true to
your roots... You reached your high in the
early '90s, but you're still making some good
stuff! Keep rocking!

And the beauty of an Internet Cafe
Sitting in the smalllest, quaintest little town in the middle of sicily. After four days of my cousin, Hannah, complaining in jest that she needed an internet cafe, and my mom saying repeatedly we werent going to find one - we found the sign, and walked up a mountain, through a couple back streets paved in cobble stone, with the sea thousands of feet below us, and our hotel above us on the edge of a cliff. I have to say a kick of real life wasnt necessary for me, but i was excited to blog from such a small town. GEEK. - as i make fun of my cousin for needing to check her friendster (what is friendster!).
Anyway - flew to rome, 5 hour drive to Barri where my great grandmother is from, Alberobello - where there are great houses and tulli.s Castles, museums, pasta, gellato - HEAVEN. Oustuni, Martina Franca... then another 4 hour drive today to Siciliy. Our first stop here in Taoromina - pure beauty and soul. No doubt i will be livining here for at least a year. then syracusa, polermo, and MT. etna ... back to rome for two days of relaxing and shopping after sight seeing, and home on the 14th. Missing a day of school. but i think i will live!
-curious to here about nationals on the 9th, ill try to get intouch with someone.
