Tues. 9/2 - Central Pk Reservoir - boathouse hill and back + 1x reservoir, Total miles ~3.0
Wed. 9/3 - Around the block at Beacon 3x - workout in gym - total miles ~3.0
Thurs. 9/4 - Riverside pk - 20 min run + interval strides and sprints, total miles ~3.0
